Happy fall!! I am always so sad to say goodbye to summer, but yet so excited for all that is to come in the fall and winter! One of my favourite parts about this time of year is the crafting. Fall and Christmas crafts are the most fun for me, and I am so happy to be back sharing them with you. In today’s post, I am sharing how to make the perfect deco mesh wreath for fall.
Deco mesh wreaths are one of my absolute favourite things to make. They are so impressive looking, but they are actually so easy to make! I love playing around with different ways to make deco mesh wreaths. I will even be sharing a new technique I tried with today’s wreath!

DIY Fall Deco Mesh Wreath
Supplies
- 14-inch wire wreath form
- Fall deco mesh roll
- Pumpkin burlap roll
- Plain burlap ribbon
- Pipe cleaners or floral wire
- Hot glue gun
- Hot glue sticks
- Faux leaves and fall florals
- Twine
Instructions
- Cut 13 pieces of fall deco mesh into 8-inch sections using a rotary cutter on a cutting mat.

2. Cut four pieces of pumpkin-themed burlap into 8-inch sections using a rotary cutter on a cutting mat.

3. Cut a burlap roll into 8-inch strips. I used scissors because my rotary cutter didn’t work as well for this roll.

4. Starting with the plaid fall deco mesh, use your fingers to scrunch the mesh together into a bow.

5. Fold the mesh ribbon so the two ends of the ribbon are side by side.

6. Use pipe cleaners or floral wire to tie the mesh pieces to the wire wreath form.

7. Next, take the pumpkin-themed burlap pieces and fold them accordion-style.

8. Pinch the middle of the burlap to create a bow.

9. Tie the bow together with a pipe cleaner or floral wire, then tie it to the wreath form. I also found these burlap pieces needed to be hot glued to stay together better.

10. Scrunch the burlap ribbon together and pinch the centre to make a bow.

11. Tie the burlap bow together with a pipe cleaner or floral wire and tie it to the wreath form.
