4 Bullet Journal Weekly Spread Ideas

Bullet Journal Weekly Spread Ideas

Every month I share my bullet journal setup, which typically includes one weekly spread. I always share the rest of my weekly spreads for the month on my Instagram page, along with “after the pen” versions of the pages all filled out. This month, I decided to share the making of all my weekly spreads for June. My theme for June is under the sea, and these weekly spreads are filled with lots of fun sea creatures, sea shells and more! Keep reading for 4 bullet journal weekly spread ideas!

All four of my weekly layouts this month are one-page spreads. If you do not need a lot of space to write things down every day, one-page spreads could be perfect for you. Even on a single page, there are so many layout options to get creative with.

Weekly Spread No. 1

For my first weekly spread of the month, I split the page into seven sections for each day of the week. Each section is five spaces tall. The width of each section varies because I drew a diagonal line down the right side of the page. I split the final two sections into two for Saturday and Sunday, because I typically do not need as much space for the weekend.

The diagonal line down the side created a section where I could doodle lots of sea creatures and sea shells. I also drew more under the sea themed doodles at the top of the page beside the date and at the bottom.

Weekly Spread No. 2

This next weekly spread is one I have done before, and it is one of my favourites. I split the page into nine sections, each of which are eight spaces wide and eleven spaces high. Seven of the rectangles are for the days of the week, one is for a mini monthly calendar and one is for a weekly to-do list.

To fit with the under the sea theme, I drew fish, jellyfish, a seahorse and shells all around the edges.

Weekly Spread No. 3

For weekly spread number three, I split the page into seven sections, one for each day of the week. The first six sections are each 11 spaces wide and 11 spaces high. I split the last section in half for Saturday and Sunday, and filled the rest of the page with some fun under the sea doodles.

Weekly Spread No. 4

For my last weekly spread of the month, I drew six rectangles, 10 spaces wide and nine spaces high. On this page I made my drawings a little bigger than on the other pages, including a big seahorse, which is one of my favourite doodles of the month.
